In order to create our cultural center, caring always for our cultural and spiritual development, we urge for donations: (a) old and new books and encyclopedias, mensal games, and a mobile wooden library; (b) pieces and objects of folklore art and antiquities (old trade tools, household tools, weaving tools, photographs (family, occupational photographs, of our village houses) and historical documents (documents that would unfold the history of our village), in order to richen and operate our library and the local museum of our village.
Our fellow-villagers donated photographs and utensils of household use to the association, with the intent to create our historic folklore museum. The board of our association bought a special book-registry and logged numerically and by name the said offers (donations). For the time being, these items are safeguarded in a special place at the village and are considered as assets of our association. The photographs will be copied and placed in a photo album belonging to the association.
With wishes for a good start in the creation of our library, our ambitious president of the association of Domnitsa, Mr. Athanasios Stamatis, donated 8 books of historic value, which were written by him, Mr. K. Papadopoulos, Mr. D. Falis and other writers.
